Mike Saward is a figure with a long history in the recovery industry, spanning nearly 60 years.
His experience includes:
Working in the workshop and in 24-hour recovery.
Marketing and training on heavy and light recovery vehicles.
Working with air cushions at companies such as Dial-Mec, Dial-Holmes Wreckers International, Worldwide Recovery Systems, and Boniface Engineering.
Selling Diamond T and Mack Recovery vehicles while at Dial-Holmes.
Introducing the Pilot Tow Bar and Ramsey Winches.
Forming Boniface Recovery Systems (later Boniface Engineering) where he headed up sales.
Later, he was contacted by Miller Industries of America to market and manufacture their products (including Holmes, Century, and Challenger) in England, leading to the formation of Worldwide Recovery Systems.
He continues to be involved with Recoveryvehicles.com and VehicleRecoverySystems.co.uk as a recovery vehicle specialist, offering new and used recovery vehicles and equipment (like dollies and Slippery Joes).
He has also held roles as a director and sales director at companies like Worldwide Recovery Systems Limited and Wreckers International (Eastern) Limited.
